A series 8-10t internal combustion forklift is a new series of internal combustion counterweight forklift independently developed by hangfork on the basis of Japanese Nissan technology and the original products. Through comprehensive improvement of appearance, safety, comfort and reliability, the new performance of the whole vehicle has been greatly improved compared with the original products. The engines of this series of products meet the third stage emission.
appearance
• the new appearance design method is adopted, and the lines of the whole vehicle are smooth and dynamic, which conforms to the new appearance design trend.
• the appearance of the whole vehicle is simple, and the exposed parts are all metal parts, which are firm and reliable.
Security
• properly lengthen the transmission shaft, move the gearbox and engine backward, and increase the rear suspension of the counterweight to improve the longitudinal stability of the whole vehicle. The lifting capacity of the same lifting height is greatly improved compared with the original forklift.
• the standard car is equipped with a hood safety latch to ensure the safety of the operators.
Comfort
• adopting the same ergonomic technology as R series, the steering wheel is smaller in size and the pedal leg space is increased, which greatly improves the operating comfort and reduces the fatigue intensity of the operator.
• a series adopts integral engine hood and water tank cover plate to enhance the rigidity of the hood, improve the sealing performance of the whole vehicle and reduce the noise.
reliability
• the engine intake pipe adopts a high-level independent channel to effectively prevent dust inhalation.
• large capacity tube belt radiator, optimized heat dissipation channel, improved oil temperature and water temperature, and the Ministry of education improved the heat dissipation capacity of the whole vehicle.
• new hyperbolic main reducer drive axle is adopted, with low noise and stronger reliability.
• adopt the reinforced yqx100 mechanical shift gearbox, optimize the transmission ratio and improve the speed; Mechanical gear shifting structure is adopted to make gear shifting more clear and reliable.
• the diameter of the flameout wire is increased, the position and direction are more reasonable, and the service life of the wire is five times of the original.
