A series 1-3.5t is a new series of battery balance weight forklift independently developed by Hangzhou forklift on the basis of the original products. Through the new design, the appearance, safety, comfort and reliability have been comprehensively improved, and the performance of the whole vehicle has been greatly improved compared with the original products.

Appearance

With the appearance design method of brand-new concept and the participation of internationally renowned design companies, the side of the body has clear lines and folds, the lines have flexible directions, smoothly transition to the counterweight, and the lines are formed in one go, with strong visual tension.

The whole vehicle is compact in shape and simple in appearance. The exposed parts are made of environmentally friendly metal materials, which are firm and reliable.

stability

The drive motor adopts the internationally advanced parallel arrangement method, and the battery sinks to the bottom of the frame, with good stability.

Comfort

Due to the low center of gravity and good stability, the driver feels comfortable when turning.

The tilt angle adjustable steering wheel designed according to ergonomics makes the driver feel good. The seat can be adjusted within 150mm in front and back, and the operator can choose a comfortable driving position.

Intelligent sensing of lowering buffer: when the fork is 100-60mm away from the ground, the lowering speed will automatically slow down, so that the goods and pallets will not hit the ground and effectively protect the goods and the ground.

The optimized design of wide view gantry is adopted, which is not easy to block the operator's view. The opening size of the fork frame is increased, and the view is wide.

The large screen LED meter of international first-class brand is adopted, which has the functions of power display meter, timing meter and fault self diagnosis, and can accurately display in harsh environment.

The internationally imported MOSFET AC controller enables the forklift to move, turn, lift, tilt and other actions to achieve computer control.

Regenerative braking (when the forklift stops, decelerates, reverses and goes downhill, the drive motor turns into a generator to reverse charge the battery, saving energy and efficiency).

Maintainability

The fully opened cover makes the battery maintenance very convenient.

The easy to open closed electric control cover makes the electric control free from rain and dust.

Reliability and safety

The main electrical components such as motor controller, contactor, power plug, emergency power-off switch and instrument panel are all foreign products.

As a standard configuration, the emergency power-off switch complies with European safety regulations.

AC drive system (standard)

The motor is maintenance free, reducing the maintenance costs such as replacing carbon brushes.
