● Series a is a brand-new series of internal combustion counterweight forklift independently developed by Hang fork on the basis of the original products with international advanced technology. Through the comprehensive upgrading of the appearance, safety, comfort and reliability, the performance of the whole vehicle has been greatly improved compared with the original products. All the engines adopted meet the emission requirements of phase III of GB 20891-2014.

01 / Introduction

The basic configuration is xinchai 4d32g31 engine and enhanced gearbox.
Strengthen the design of portal frame (widen channel steel), increase the diameter of piston rod of tilt cylinder and the diameter of lifting cylinder to improve the durability of portal frame.
The front wheel adopts 250-15-18pr tire to improve tire durability.
The axle body adopts sheet metal welding structure, the bearing is enlarged, and the diameter of steering cylinder is thickened to improve the durability of steering axle.
Overload and increase weight balance capacity.
Increase the displacement of gear pump and improve the lifting speed.
The appearance of the forklift truck is the same as that of a series internal combustion forklift truck, with smooth lines and dynamic features.
The engine hood, like a series of internal combustion forklift trucks, adopts integral type to enhance the rigidity of the hood and reduce the noise at the same time.
