Off road forklift is a kind of forklift suitable for uneven and solid roads. It has a wide body and can carry irregular and wide goods. ● the vehicle adopts four-wheel drive. The engine power is transmitted to the gearbox through the hydraulic torque converter, and then transmitted to the front and rear axles through the gearbox to realize four-wheel drive. The front wheel to front and rear wheel drive conversion can be realized through the switch, with good trafficability. The front axle is optionally equipped with differential lock, and the differential lock function of the front axle is realized through a differential lock control valve and a three-way check valve. This can further improve the trafficability of the forklift in bad road conditions. In addition to the driving function, the rear axle also has the steering function, which can realize the steering of the forklift. The wide base off-road tread tire is adopted to further improve the trafficability of the forklift.

● the transmission is of electromagnetic hydraulic reversing, mechanical shifting, front four and rear four gear shifting. The forward, reverse and neutral operation of the forklift can be realized through the control of the solenoid valve by the reversing handle. The reverse solenoid valve can be cut off by the switch attached to the shift lever and the shift lever can be operated at the same time to realize the forward and reverse four gear shifting.

● the brake is the wet brake of the front wheel. The foot pedal pushes the brake master cylinder to realize the service brake, and the hand brake cable drives the two handles to realize the parking brake. There is no inching pedal. When the brake pedal is depressed, drive the switch to cut off the oil pressure of the reverse clutch of the transmission.

● the gear pump with priority shunting is adopted, and the gantry pipeline is equipped with two accumulators, which can reduce the impact and vibration of the vehicle.

● the hand brake and seat switch transmit information together. If one of them fails to work, the relay will cut off the power supply and stop the transmission. Both the hand brake and the seat switch have memory, and the control lever must be put back to the middle position to restart the transmission.

● in order to adapt to the use environment in the field, the vehicle adopts a fully enclosed integral cab, which is connected with the frame through rubber pads. The sound insulation of the whole vehicle is good, and the cab, hood, gearbox and engine are provided with sound insulation measures.
