1. Before starting the forklift, the forklift driver should observe and clean the surrounding site and passageway.

2. When starting, close the emergency switch, open the electric lock, whistle, and then start slowly.

3. When driving, you should drive slowly.

4. When encountering other forklifts, the empty forklift should give way to the heavy forklift, and the loaded forklift should give way to the loaded forklift

5. When starting and turning, the horn shall be sounded. When turning, downhill and the road surface is uneven, slow down and pay attention to safety.

6. Drive on the road and pass on the right side. The fork of the forklift is about 100-200mm above the ground, and the gantry is at the backward position.

7. When multiple forklifts are running on the platform, the distance between the front and rear should be more than 5m, and the distance from the platform should be more than 0.5m.

8. When the forklift is towing the trailer, it is prohibited to drive continuously in a curve to avoid large current discharge and impact on safety. It is prohibited to drive in reverse no matter whether it is loaded or unloaded, uphill or downhill.

9. In general, the traveling motor of the battery forklift and the oil pump motor are not allowed to work at the same time, which can prolong the service life of the battery.

10. When the voltage is lower than the minimum limit voltage of the vehicle, stop working and charge in time.
