1. Charging

Battery charging is the most important part of the daily use and maintenance of the battery. Poor charging will affect the service life of the battery.

(1) Since the electrolyte temperature will rise by 10 degrees during charging, before charging, it is necessary to ensure that the battery temperature is lower than 40 degrees before charging. If it is not lower than 40 degrees, it is necessary to wait for cooling before charging.

(2) After the electric forklift is used, it should be charged in time. If the battery is not deeply discharged, the charging time is 8 to 10 hours. The battery must be fully charged before it can be used. Otherwise, the battery will be damaged and the service life of the battery will be shortened.

(3) If your charger is set manually, it should be set according to the battery capacity and the actual situation of the battery to prevent overcharging.

(4) During the charging process, the cover plate of the forklift needs to be opened, so that the battery can dissipate heat, otherwise the battery may explode.

(5) The batteries in the charging area should be kept at a certain distance and have good ventilation conditions.

(6) Use the battery 1 hour after charging.

(7) The battery shall be charged and maintained once a month, and the long-term unused battery shall be charged once a month.
