产品介绍

驱动桥

国产、定制开发。重型汽车主减，轮边减速；凸轮张开式制动器，气压行车制动，弹簧蓄能驻车制动。

变速箱

进口变速箱。多段式变矩器，变矩变大， 调速范围宽；换挡平稳柔和，前二后一，操纵简单，维护方便。

转向系统

自制横置油缸转向桥；负荷传感转向器。升降可倾式转向装置，高度与角度均可调节。

液压系统

国产泵阀。多路阀软轴连接手动操作。负荷传感液压系统，双泵合流，动态负荷传感优先阀，减少非工作能耗，降低液压油工作油温。

车身系统

采用框架结构与箱型结构相结合；强度高重量轻，更增大了油箱有效散热面积。

动力系统

玉柴YC6J160发动机、进口康明斯高性能发动机，符合第三阶段排放标准，低油耗，低速大扭矩，储备功率大。大容量散热器，油水合一。散热面积大，散热能力充裕。

起升组件

与车身销轴连接，加宽的二级门架，增强门架抗扭性，视野开阔；标配货叉手动丝杠调距，油缸调距为选配。

护顶架

整体全浮形式，与车身四点式橡胶减震连接；可倾翻结构，方便进入车辆内部进行维护保养；转向柱和方向盘外形小巧，驾驶员腿部空间大。驾驶室为选配。

电器系统

组合仪表。仪表显示、警示功能齐全；发动机空挡中位起动；外接气压表，制动气压低压指示灯警示，低压或驻车制动未释放时挂档，声音报警。

制动系统

全套采用汽配件，成熟可靠。气压动力制动，不但操作强度小，而且杜绝了油液泄露可能带来的污染问题。
