安 全

门架管路系统设置节流装置，即使管路破裂，也不会造成门架失控。

起升系统采用链条外置技术，大幅度地改善了门架视野，使操作更快、更安全。

增设了内置式机罩锁扣装置，提高了整车的安全性能。

环 保

所配置的各款发动机，废气排放水平均达到第三阶段标准。

配国产发动机的整车噪音低于84dB(A)，配进口发动机的整车噪音低于82dB(A)，均达到优等品标准。

采用金属机罩和模具成形的隔音垫，豪华美观，符合环保要求。

效 率

长轴距设计使整车的纵向稳定性更好，相同起升高度起重量平均较原有杭州叉车提高100kg以上，同时后桥负荷减小，转向轮寿命延长。

2-2.5t叉车采用2.5t叉车专用传动，使整车的运行速度达到20km/h，工作效率更高。

液压管路增加了硬管比例，全部采用直角接头或直通过渡接头，大幅度减小了管路压力损失，提高了门架起升速度，起升速度较原有叉车提高10%。

通过减小整车外型尺寸，使转弯半径和直角堆垛通道宽度更小，提高了仓库的利用率。

通过对门架的改进设计，3.5t叉车3m二级宽视野门架、3m二级自由提升门架均可实现进箱操作。

方 便

采用双气弹簧支撑机罩和搭扣式前后底板，使得机罩和底板开启轻便，便于日常的检查和维护。

合理的保险丝布置和仪表盘的安装方式，使保险丝的更换、仪表盘的维护更加方便。

1-3.5t叉车仪表架、机罩、护顶架及与它们相关的大量零件全部通用，具有极高的通用化程度，便于售后服务。
