cab

The middle and high-level rear cab can be tilted backward to facilitate daily maintenance. Air conditioned cab with low noise. The centralized multi-functional joystick is designed based on ergonomics, which is convenient for manipulation, lifting, tilting and lifting.

Power combination

QSB engine & te17 transmission

The engine adopts the industrial engine of international famous brand Cummins (QSB6.7), with strong power. The exhaust emission meets the Euro III standard.

The transmission adopts the 3-speed power shift transmission of the internationally famous brand Dana (te-17). It has automatic shift control system and front and rear gear reversing lock protection.

Steering axle

Sandwich type, single horizontal steering cylinder, fixed length non adjustable steering rod.

Drive shaft

Axletech wide drive shaft with multi disc wet brake and spring brake, hydraulic release parking brake;

Gantry

Ultra wide gantry structure, high torsional strength, wide field of vision

The '1 to 4' gantry ratio makes the service life of the oil cylinder longer (the length of the oil cylinder is shortened by half), and the lifting speed is faster. The unique rear position of the lifting oil cylinder makes the vision wider;

Sling

Elme 588 empty container grabbing sling, vertical rotary lock system, can grab a single container, telescopic side moving empty container sling, can grab 8'6 "to 9'6" high 20 '- 40' ISO containers;

The extra large lateral displacement is 1200 mm, 600 mm on the left and 600 mm on the right;

"Low beam" accessories: the horizontal telescopic beam is a built-in sliding structure (not stacked together), which improves the visual field of the rotary lock position at a higher lifting height;

A lifting interruption device for preventing the container from being lifted while the rotary lock portion is rotating;

Excessively lowering the interruption device to reduce the impact of slings and avoid looseness of gantry lifting chain, cable and oil pipe;

Two lighting working lights are installed on the beam of the spreader to directly irradiate the head of the gripping system of the spreader.
