When the boom is extended and the pitching oil cylinder is extended, the lifting speed is faster. When the boom is lowered, it is locked at the same time, so that a faster lowering speed can be obtained. During operation, it can realize the whole vehicle walking, luffing and boom expansion and contraction at the same time, with high work efficiency.
