Hangcha 2-3.5t explosion-proof internal combustion forklift integrates the design of similar products at home and abroad, and has fully independent intellectual property rights and a number of patents. This product is based on the R series forklift truck of our company, and is manufactured in strict accordance with the overall explosion-proof design of relevant national explosion-proof electrical standards. This series of products can be applied to the dangerous places where the explosive gas environment of zone 1, zone 2, class IIa and class IIB, groups T1-T4 and the explosive dust environment of zones 21 and 22, groups T1-T4 are isolated or coexistent. It is an ideal equipment for material handling in the petroleum, chemical, textile, pharmaceutical, paint and national defense systems with potential dangerous places.

Zone 1 is a place where explosive gas environment may occur during normal operation

During normal operation of zone 2, explosive gas environment is unlikely to occur. If it occurs, it is also an occasional place and only exists for a short time.

During normal operation of zone 21, there may be places with enough dust to form a mixture of combustible dust and air but not designated as zone 20.

Zone 22 is a place where combustible dust clouds occasionally appear and only exist for a short time under abnormal conditions, or combustible dust clouds occasionally accumulate or may exist dust layers and produce combustible dust air mixtures.
