1. Forklift operators must be trained and work with certificates

2. Maintenance and repair of Hangzhou forklift: regularly check every week. Add lubricating oil to all parts of the truck. Check that the oil page is not too low. Monthly check: check the oil of this wheel of the transmission and the oil of the second wheel of the transmission.

3. Parking forklift: when the forklift is parked on the flat ground, the gantry should be tilted, then pull the parking brake, turn off the key, and remove the key.

4. The gantry shall be upright and the forks shall be raised slightly higher than the stacking place to determine the stacking position.

5. Lift the goods to 5-10cm, check whether the goods are stable and whether the parts are balanced, and slowly approach the shelf.

6. When driving downhill, slow down and brake. If you are carrying goods, do not block your sight.

7. Pay attention to people and faults in the operation area when working.

8. Before driving; First check whether the charging plug is disconnected, whether the forklift is fully charged, the oil level of the diesel vehicle, step on the brake pedal, check whether it is obstructed or oil resistance, step on the accelerator pedal, check whether the hand brake force is enough, and the hand brake operation should be less than 300N. If it is too large, adjust it.

9. Before starting, check whether the surrounding environment is safe.

10. Raise the shelf 5 to 20 cm above the ground.
