Forklift safety operation rules procedures

1. Driver

1.1 the staff who drive the forklift in Hangzhou must receive professional training, pass the assessment of the safety production supervision department, obtain the forklift operation license, and can only drive the forklift with the approval of the company. It is strictly prohibited to drive the forklift without a license.

1.2 it is strictly prohibited to drive after drinking. It is not allowed to chat, make phone calls and eat during driving.

2. Startup

2.1 before starting the vehicle, check the starting, audio signal, battery circuit, fork and tire to make them in good condition.

2.2 when there is a mechanical problem, find a professional master to repair it. Do not repair it without permission. Turn off the forklift immediately.

2.3 when starting, check whether there are people and obstacles around, and then whistle to start.

2.4 when the forklift starts with load, the driver should first confirm whether the load is stable and reliable, and start slowly.

3. Traveling forklift (3 tons)

3.1 when the forklift is running, no one is allowed to get on or off the forklift. No one is allowed to stand on the forklift. If forklift auxiliary personnel are required to work, special forklift baskets shall be provided.

If there are basically no hazards such as labeling when working at height, the forklift driver shall not leave the forklift.

When driving in the plant, the speed shall not exceed 5km / h

3.2 in addition to unloading, you must drive on the right side.

3.3 if you meet someone in front of you, you should sound the horn to indicate your driving route.

3.4 when working, keep a distance of at least 2 forklifts from other forklifts.

3.5 when you are at an intersection or a narrow intersection, you should be careful and slow, and honk your horn to stop at any time.

3.6 do not turn and brake sharply in non emergency situations.

3.7 in principle, forklift is not allowed to overtake.
