In the first October of 2018, the sales of forklifts exceeded 500000, creating a record high

According to the statistics of the motor industrial vehicle branch, as of October 31, 2018, the total sales of forklifts exceeded 500000, exceeding the total sales of forklifts in the whole year last year.

In the first ten months, the total sales volume of forklifts exceeded 500000, an increase of 25% compared with 400000 in the same period last year. The sales volume of domestic forklifts reached 368798, an increase of 20% compared with 307714 in the same period last year.

Among them, the total sales of electric forklifts reached 233235, accounting for 46%, with a year-on-year increase of 69442, an increase of 42.4%. The total sales of internal combustion forklifts reached 274948, accounting for 54%, with a year-on-year increase of 28971, an increase of 11.7%.

In terms of export, 139385 forklift trucks were exported in the first ten months, with a cumulative sales volume of 27.4%, an increase of 37329, or 36.6%, compared with 102056 forklift trucks in the same period.

The total export of electric forklifts was 89249, with a year-on-year increase of 29581, an increase of 49.6%; the total export of electric forklifts accounted for 64%; the total export of internal combustion forklifts was 50136, with a year-on-year increase of 7748, an increase of 18.3%.

Although the forklift truck grew at a high speed, the profit of the enterprise did not significantly improve, and the growth rate was relatively fast in the first half of the year, but in the second half of the year, the Sino US trade friction intensified, the domestic real economy was in deep water, and the growth rate of the whole industry slowed down.

Opportunities and adjustments coexist. With the export of a series of policies of the environmental protection department, the production and sales of the forklift industry have been affected. However, under the influence of market demand, national energy conservation and emission reduction, and the gradual integration of the electric forklift industry in China, the forklift industry is also developing towards electric, storage and intelligent. Only by continuously pursuing technological innovation and realizing self-development can the forklift industry be in an invincible position.
