1. Replacement of hydraulic transmission filter element

The filter element of the diesel chassis is located on the left behind the safety canopy.

Use the chain wrench of the filter element to rotate anticlockwise to unscrew the filter element.

According to the requirements, rub a little oil or diesel oil on the sealing ring on the mounting surface of the filter element, turn it clockwise to contact the mounting surface, and then tighten it with a chain wrench.

2. Engine oil change

The oil drain port is at the bottom of the engine, the oil filler is on the engine cover, and the oil dipstick is on the left side of the flywheel housing.

Place the forklift on a flat and solid road and place the forklift at the lowest position. Place a container under the engine oil port to hold the waste oil. Unscrew the nut and the oil filler, drain the oil in the engine, and then screw the nut.

When adding oil, be sure to observe the oil dipstick. The specific standard is in the middle of Max and min.

3. Hydraulic oil replacement

The hydraulic oil drain port is at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank, and the filler port is at the right side of the frame and under the air filter element.

Place the forklift on a flat and solid road and place the forklift at the lowest position. Place a container under the oil drain at the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank to hold the hydraulic oil of the exhaust gas. Unscrew the nut, drain the oil in the drive axle, and then screw the nut.

When adding gear oil, in addition to the standard amount, the actual gear oil must be inspected by observation. The observation port of gear oil mask is 15mm
