Forklift operation skills

1. Before starting, observe the surrounding conditions and sound the horn to start after confirming the surrounding safety.

2. Before driving the forklift, check the forklift driver's license and other documents required by the forklift.

3. The forklift driver in the factory must strictly follow the safety production rules and safety management standards during use.

4. Check all parts of the forklift to ensure that the forklift parts are intact.

5. When the forklift is running in the factory, do not lift the forklift too high. When working, pay attention to whether there are obstacles above.

6. When driving in the factory, the distance between the bottom end of the fork and the height shall be kept at 300mm, and the gantry shall be tilted backward

7. Drive slowly in the factory, and do not brake or turn sharply.

8. In the process of loading and unloading goods, the forklift must be braked by the brake. If there is a crane to load and unload workpieces, the driver must leave the cab.

9. After the forklift is stopped, the goods must be lowered and cannot be placed in the air.

10. Overload of forklift is prohibited.
