How to apply for forklift license?

(1) application

To apply for the forklift license, the qualified applicant can directly or entrust the examination institution to apply to the corresponding provincial and municipal departments, and submit the examination result notice and relevant application materials.

(2) acceptance

The quality supervision department shall, within 5 working days from the date of the application materials, make a decision on acceptance, or not to accept, or tell the applicant that the materials need to be supplemented. After the applicant returns the application materials, the application is terminated, and can be submitted again after completing the materials.

(3) approval

The quality department shall make an administrative license decision within 20 working days from the date of acceptance of the application. If the license conditions are met, the special equipment operator certificate shall be made and issued within 10 days. If the license conditions are not met, the applicant shall be notified in writing and the reasons shall be given.

Forklift belongs to special equipment and has high requirements for operators. At present, it is stipulated that the forklift license shall be reviewed once every two years. When the forklift staff conduct the review, they shall submit the original forklift license, ID card, review application form and other certificates three months in advance. If the review fails, they need to take a new examination, otherwise they will be cancelled.
