The first level technical maintenance of forklift shall focus on the following ten points:

After the forklift has worked for 100 hours, it shall be subject to level-1 technical maintenance.

1 check whether the filter screen at the inlet of the diesel tank is blocked or damaged, and then clean or replace it with a new one.

2 check the tightness of fan belt.

3. After the parts are disassembled for maintenance, the trial run and test of Hangzhou forklift must be carried out.

4 check whether the tire pressure of the forklift tire meets the requirements, and clear the sundries embedded on the tread.

5. Check whether the engine and starter are firmly installed and whether the terminal is clean and tidy.

6 check whether the tightness of the fan belt meets the requirements.

7 check and adjust the clearance between the brake pad and the brake drum of the hand and foot brake.

8 check whether the shift of forklift is normal.

9 check and adjust the valve clearance.

10 check the cylinder pressure or vacuum.
