What is the gap between China's manufacturing technology developed ries

Academicians of the Chinese Academy of engineering and some experts pointed out that compared with developed countries, there are still three major gaps in the technology of China's manufacturing industry.

The first is that the innovation ability of the manufacturing industry is not strong. In China's aerospace industry, rail transit, oil refining industry and so on, independent innovation is the mainstay, but there is still a certain gap with the level of developed countries. Compared with the advanced level of developed countries, the manufacturing industry has a long way to go.

Second, the foundation of the manufacturing industry is poor. Design technology, reliability technology, manufacturing technology, basic materials, basic mechanical parts and basic manufacturing equipment restrict the development of the manufacturing industry.

Third, manufacturing technology innovation has not been formed. Most of the enterprises' technology development capacity is compared with forklift trucks, and they have not been able to form the main body of technology innovation. It is imperative to vigorously develop the technology innovation capacity of China's manufacturing industry.
